International Paper Company, a leader in the industrial packaging industry, is seeking applicants for a full-time Corrugator Supervisor in it's Fort Wayne facility.
Successful candidates will have direct supervision and control of one shift of bargaining unit employees; be responsible for increasing crew accountability and initiating cross training. Must be able to drive improvements in waste reduction efforts and run rate; increase employee engagement; conduct performance reviews; and other duties as assigned by the manufacturing manager.

Basic Qualifications :
HS Diploma/GED
5 years Exp on corrugators as a supervisor required.
Troubleshooting Skills
Strong communication and people skills
Strong leadership and teamwork
Desired Characteristics :
Prior management experience or leadership roles
Computer Skills MS Word and Excel, Kiwi (Production Software)
