Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative

The National Customer Service and Sales Center in Westfield, Indiana is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is 40 hours/week with competitive benefits.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires proactive customer account management, high analytical skills, proficiency with the latest software packages, and contribution to process teams to insure continuous improvement.
Our representatives must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and strong customer service orientation. They are also able to process contracts and other orders in an accurate and timely manner, and demonstrate excellent follow through on assignments and customer questions. In addition to these functions they handle an average of 50 calls per day.
Provide ongoing technical training of customers to utilize the web site, EDI, and sales management tools.
Identify and initiate product up selling, cross selling and other sales opportunities as they occur.
Provide ongoing technical product training, which enables the employee to provide technical support to specifiers, sales, customers, end users, and contractors.

Requirements |
Bi-lingual candidate required must demonstrate strong written and verbal skills in Spanish and English
AS or equivalent, minimum 1 year relevant experience
Ability to work scheduled shift from 10:00am-6:30pm
