If you are not receiving as many resumes as you expect, it may be because the filters on your job are too "tight". If you designate filters for every detail of the position, it may be too difficult for candidates to fully meet your criteria. To avoid excluding candidates that may be a potential match, try using filters only for your most important requirements. You can change your filters at any time by editing your job posting.
